Brian Chin

Brian Chin is an experienced compensation and HR professional with a robust background spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as a Sr. Compensation Manager at AIG since May 2022, Brian previously held the role of NA & Global Ops Compensation Manager at Guy Carpenter, where responsibilities included consulting on complex compensation issues and generating advanced analytical reports. Prior experience includes positions at Mercer, where Brian contributed as a Sr. Associate in Strategy & Operations and as a NA Regional Cross-Business HR Generalist, gaining diverse HR expertise. Earlier roles at Oliver Wyman, McCann Erickson, and an internship at NY1 News further established a solid foundation in HR operations, talent management, and employee relations. Brian holds a B.S. in Business Management from Stony Brook University and additional education from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
