Petros Xenios

Petros Xenios is a dedicated People and Culture Specialist at Aignostics, focusing on the end-to-end employee cycle, talent sourcing, and enhancing company culture since September 2023. Previously, Petros served as an HR Solutions Analyst at the European Central Bank from August 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included recruitment analysis and coordinating scholarship programs for women. In addition, Petros played a key role in university outreach, virtual career fairs, and diversity initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions at Deloitte Greece as a Corporate Social Responsibility Intern, Olympic Shipping and Management S.A. as a Human Resources Administrator, and as a Recruiter Assistant in Portugal. Petros holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
