Jeyhun Khaligli is currently serving as Chief Investment Analyst and Senior Asset Management Analyst at AIH since August 2022. Previous experience includes an internship with the Investment Team at Coller Capital in early 2024 and a role as Head of Reporting and Budgeting at AS Group Investment from December 2020 to August 2022. Jeyhun Khaligli began a career at EY, progressing from Assurance Staff to Assurance Senior from October 2018 to December 2020. Earlier roles include Audit Assistant at Baker Tilly Azerbaijan and Corporate Finance at PASHA Insurance OJSC. Notably, Jeyhun Khaligli worked as Deputy Venue Logistics Manager for the Baku 2015 European Games. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Financial Asset Management from Bayes Business School (2023-2024), a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Qafqaz Universiteti (2014-2016), and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Audit from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (2009-2013).

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On ensuring the activities of the Azerbaijan Investment Holding" dated November 5, 2020, a number of state-owned companies and enterprises, as well as business entities with a share of state capital, were transferred to the management of the Azerbaijan Investment Holding. The creation of the AIH is associated with the need to deepen structural reforms in order to improve the management system of state-owned enterprises, increase the efficiency and transparency of their activities, as well as their complete rehabilitation by optimizing costs and risks.
