Joy Nissen

Joy Nissen, PsyD, MBA, serves as the Senior Vice President of Leadership Solutions at AIIR Consulting, where responsibilities include overseeing integrated leadership solutions that address organizational challenges. With extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and team effectiveness, Joy previously held roles such as Senior Leadership Consultant at AIIR Consulting and Clinician at The CBT Center for Anxiety + OCD. Previous experience also includes a position as a Talent Strategy and Development Consultant at Vanguard, and a Graduate Leadership Research Fellow at Widener University. Joy's early career included leadership roles at Nuna and Something Fabulous, LLC. Joy holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, an MBA, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Widener University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies from Colgate University.
