Federica Leo

Federica Leo is currently serving as the People & Talent Manager at AIKO since February 2024. Prior to this role, Federica worked as the Hiring & HR Manager for ONYON at Satispay from June 2022 to February 2024. Previous experience includes positions as HR Supervisor and Recruiter & HR Support at Deliveriamo S.r.l. from January 2019 to May 2021, as well as Recruiter & HR Support at Food Pony from February 2018 to January 2019. Federica began her career at PRO.COM Srl, where responsibilities included administrative tasks from October 2015 to March 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master Universitario di 2° livello in Organizzazione e Sviluppo delle Risorse Umane from Università degli Studi di Torino, and a 2° Livello in Economia e Gestione Attività Turistiche e Culturali, along with a 1° livello in Economia Aziendale e Management from Università del Salento. Additional educational experience was gained at Cork English College.
