Kyle Phillips

Kyle Phillips is the Project Manager at AIM Services. Kyle previously worked as a Capacity Planning Analyst at Southern Company Gas from May 2018 to August 2018. In this role, they designed a system using Microsoft Power BI, R, and SQL to translate 70+ years of historical weather, demand, and capacity data for the development of an interactive tool for both internal gas operations and external customers’ storage and pricing decisions. Kyle also sourced historical weather, pipeline pricing, and structural capability data to more accurately predict future gas supply and demand, thus improving the efficiency of natural gas pricing and allocation across the company’s 11 state footprint. Additionally, Kyle led a team tasked with researching and recommending improvements to company recruiting efforts targeted at Millennials and GenZers concluding with a presentation and written report of findings to the CEO, Management Council, and other senior employees.

Before working at Southern Company Gas, Kyle was the Financial Controller at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. from May 2017 to August 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the Mercedes-Benz U.S. International plant in Vance, Alabama. Kyle also worked as a Regulatory Affairs Summer Analyst at Alabama Power Company from May 2016 to August 2016. In this role, they assisted with the development of electric rates for residential, commercial and industrial customers in Alabama.

Kyle has also been involved in Student Government Association at the University of Alabama where they served on the Higher Education Committee from

Kyle Phillips has a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Alabama, Manderson Graduate School of Business. Kyle also has a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration (B.C.B.A.) from The University of Alabama. Lastly, they have a College Preparatory with Distinction from Baldwin County High School.

Kyle Phillips works with Maggie Gonzalez - Project Manager Assistant, Beth Hamilton - Office Manager, and Clark Scharman - Construction Program Manager. Their manager is Mike Miller, President.
