Aaron Liston

Aaron Liston is an experienced executive in the recruitment industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at AIMA, where Aaron has worked since September 2010. In addition to this role, Aaron has been the Business Owner and Director at Cascade Revenue Management, an AIMA Group company, since July 2014. Earlier in their career, Aaron held the position of Sales Operations Analyst at IBM from July 2009 to July 2010. Aaron holds a BA Hons degree in Business Studies with Operations and Project Management from Bournemouth University, completed in 2010, and has a background in education from Reed's School and St George's College.
