Andrel Wisdom

Andrel Wisdom, B.Sc., AACI, P.App, is a seasoned professional in real estate valuation and investment management, currently serving as Senior Valuations Manager at Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) since September 2020, overseeing a $14B+ global real estate investment portfolio. Alongside this role, Wisdom co-founded the REET Institute, which focuses on mentoring youth into leaders and community investors in commercial real estate. Prior experience includes roles in acquisitions and dispositions at Canadian Urban Limited, where significant financial modeling and due diligence were conducted, and as a Commercial Real Estate Assessor for the City of Edmonton, managing the valuation of commercial properties exceeding $8 billion annually.
