Kristy Greaves

Kristy Greaves serves as the Head of HR at AIME since February 2016, focusing on fostering connections among diverse cultures and backgrounds within the organization. Prior to this role, Kristy gained extensive experience at Reconciliation Australia, where positions included Accounts Assistant, Finance/Payroll Officer, and Office Administration Assistant from November 2012 to October 2021. Earlier work experience includes serving as a Visitor Services Host and Accounts Officer at the National Museum of Australia from May 2008 to November 2012. Kristy holds multiple certifications in accounting and administration from the Canberra Institute of Technology, along with a Year 10 Certificate from Woonona High School, highlighting a solid foundation in finance and customer service.
