Danielle Hambleton's work experience begins in 1997 as a Brand Representative for Colorado Rep. Danielle then worked as an Assistant Manager/Buyer for Polar Revolution from 1999 to 2001. In 2001, they joined K2 Sports as a Dealer Services Manager and later transitioned to the role of Marketing Manager for K2 Snowboarding, where they worked from 2001 to 2008. From 2008 to 2013, Hambleton served as the Director of Brand Marketing for Burton Snowboards, where they led brand, digital, and retail marketing teams and developed marketing strategies. Following that, they worked as the Marketing Director for Hudson Jeans from 2013 to 2015, leading integrated marketing communication strategies and implementing marketing programs. From 2016 to 2019, Hambleton served as the Senior Director of Global Marketing for Boa Technology, overseeing marketing functions, rebranding initiatives, and building B2B marketing partnerships. Currently, they are the Vice President of Global Marketing for AimLock, starting in 2019.

Danielle Hambleton completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Integrated Marketing Communications at the University of Colorado Boulder from 1998 to 2001.
