Rina Joosten-Rabou is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and innovation across multiple sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer of Pera since November 2013, Rina has transformed investment strategies by analyzing language patterns to identify competencies for long-term success. Rina also serves on several boards, including the AiNed Supervisory Board and the Future of Work Council for GPAI, while contributing to initiatives that enhance AI adoption within Dutch companies. Previous roles include founder of International Top Talent, where Rina focused on recruiting Chinese professionals for European companies, and various leadership positions at organizations like the Benelux Chamber of Commerce and the Startup Leadership Program. Rina holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Groningen.
