Kevin Mitchell, CPA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at AION Management since September 2023. Previously, Kevin held the title of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Optimum Properties from December 2021 to September 2023, and served as Chief Financial Officer at Princeton Real Estate Partners from November 2016 to December 2021. Kevin's earlier roles include Chief Financial Officer positions at City Sunstone Properties and KSA Capital Management. Additional experience includes serving as Controller for Kemnay, Senior Associate at Auda Advisor Associates, Senior Fund Accountant at SS&C Fund Services, and Assurance Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Kevin holds an MBA from New York University and a B.S. in Accounting from Ithaca College.
