From 2018 to 2020, Nicolette worked as a Property Manager at Meridia - Capodagli Property Company, overseeing two Class-A mixed-use apartment buildings valued at $80 million and successfully reducing delinquencies by 80%. Prior experience includes a tenure as Property Manager at Dixon Advisory, managing over 250 homes, and roles in customer service, bookkeeping, and technical assistance at DirectBuy and Middlesex County College. Nicolette holds a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and a B.S. in Marketing from Rutgers Business School, complemented by a New Jersey Real Estate License.
