Theresa Matkowski, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1985, they worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance in various roles, including Underwriter I, Policies & Procedures Analyst, Industry & Regulatory Relations Analyst, Personal Lines Underwriting Specialist, and Market Segment Manager until 1996. Theresa then joined OneBeacon Insurance as the State Filing Administrator from 1996 to 1998. Next, they worked at Providence Washington Insurance Company as a Personal Lines Product Analyst from 1998 to 1999. Following that, they joined OneBeacon Insurance again as a Business Systems Analyst II from 1999 to 2005. In 2005, Theresa joined Boy Scouts of America - Pack 1 Manville as a Cub Scout Den Leader until 2010. Simultaneously, they also served as a Troop Committee member at Boy Scouts of America - Troop 711 Albion from 2010 to 2016. Since April 2021, Theresa has been working at AIPSO, initially as an Actuarial Assistant from 2006 to 2010, then as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst from 2010 to 2021, and currently as the Lead Business Systems Analyst.
Theresa Matkowski, PMP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Bryant University, which they obtained from 1981 to 1985. Prior to that, they completed their College Prep studies and received a Diploma from Classical High School in 1981. Additionally, they have a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in August 2011.
