Don Chamara Perera

Don Chamara Perera currently serves as Manager of IT & Cyber Operations at Air Canada, leveraging expertise in network monitoring and incident response through tools such as Netscout and Splunk. Previously, Don held roles at Softchoice, first as an Associate Support Engineer providing technical support for network and server devices, and earlier as an Analyst focusing on end-user support and system administration. Don’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons) in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from SLIIT, alongside additional studies at Ryerson University in the IT Connections Program.
