Jean-Sébastien Desmarais

Jean-Sébastien Desmarais is an experienced aviation professional with a diverse background in both commercial and military flight operations. Currently serving as an Airline Captain at Air Canada since June 2022, Jean-Sébastien has also held the position of First Officer at Air Canada and Flair Airlines, and has experience as an Airline Pilot with WestJet. Additional roles include Flight Data Monitoring at Air Reserve Flight since May 2020 and serving as a Fighter Pilot in the Canadian Armed Forces from June 2003 to February 2020. Jean-Sébastien holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the Royal Military College of Canada.
