Melissa Ginn, CCRC, CIP has extensive experience in human research protections, ranging from overseeing research protocols at the Air Force Research Laboratory to serving as an IRB community representative at the University of Dayton. With a background in psychology and government, Melissa has successfully managed clinical research trials, directed Human Research Protections Programs, and supported IRB processes for various organizations. Additionally, Melissa has served as Vice President of the Greater Columbus Chapter ACRP, promoting excellence in clinical research through education and networking opportunities.
