Michael Thayer is a Technology Transition Lead and Program Manager at Air Force Research Laboratory. Prior to this, Michael held various roles including Principal Systems Engineer, Lead Test Engineer, and Sr. Systems Engineer at BAE Systems. Michael received their Masters in Business Administration with a focus in Technology Management from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and holds a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology with a Math Minor from the same institute. Furthermore, Michael completed Joint Professional Military Education Phases I and II through the USAF Air Command and Staff College and Air War College.
