Stephen Konold has over 30 years of work experience in various roles, starting as a Police Officer at Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority in 1991, before transitioning to become a State Trooper at Maryland State Police in 1993. Stephen then worked their way up to become an Area Manager at Air Methods in 2018, eventually taking on the role of Regional Vice President of Customer Experience - Northeast in 2021.
