Doug Grant is an experienced leader in the aviation industry, currently serving as Senior Manager Cabin Crew - Enablement and Engagement at Air New Zealand since September 2021. With a career at Air New Zealand spanning from 1994 to 2020, Doug has held multiple senior management positions, including Senior Manager Customer Care and Communication, Senior Manager International Cabin Crew, and Senior Manager Cabin Crew - Turboprop. Doug's expertise includes large team engagement and leadership of over 1,000 full-time employees, along with substantial international experience. Prior to Air New Zealand, Doug contributed as a Permissions Team Lead at the Department of Conservation and as a Radio Announcer at Radio New Zealand. Doug began a career in automotive engineering as an Automotive Technician at David Watt Ford after obtaining a Trade Certificate in Automotive Engineering from Wintec.
