Billy Tiller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agricultural and technology sectors. Currently serving as President of Bullseye Distribution, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of GFA Texas, Tiller focuses on reshoring agrichemical manufacturing to the United States and leveraging expertise in Chinese manufacturing. As Co-Founder and co-CEO of GiSC, Tiller promotes secure information management for growers, while also co-founding AIR Parametric, Inc., which develops innovative weather-based insurance products.
