Elizabeth Schaub is executive director, Operational Excellence, at Air Products. She is responsible for global Operational Excellence, including providing governance and technical, operational, training and work process expertise to help the company’s regional Operations teams achieve safety and business goals. The Operational Excellence organization works collaboratively with Engineering on the development and design of new operating assets.
Ms. Schaub joined Air Products in 1984, working in engineering roles focused on process technology and technology development across chemicals, specialty gases, syngas and ASU technologies. She moved through numerous technical, product and engineering management positions before she joined the Operations organization in 2013. With a broad technical background and safety focus, Ms. Schaub has been the global champion for Operational Discipline. She also plays a key role on the Air Products Senior Technical Ladder Committee, which helps develop the technical workforce across the company.
Ms. Schaub holds BS and MS degrees in chemical engineering from Manhattan College and Lehigh University, respectively.
