Prior to this role, Thiagarajan held the position of Executive Manager - HR at Sanmar Specialty Chemicals Limited from August 1993 to February 2011, receiving the Exceptional Performance Award twice and leading initiatives like Kaizen and 5S activities, as well as the implementation of an online Performance Management System. Thiagarajan began the career as a Stenographer - Marketing at ARO Granite Industries Limited from November 1992 to August 1993. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Program in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Master's degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Alagappa University, among other degrees.
