Shien Sim Loo is a seasoned UX designer with extensive experience in the digital design field. Currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at AirAsia MOVE since August 2020, Shien previously held the position of UI/UX Designer at Axiata Digital Labs from April 2019 to August 2020 and at IBM iX from February 2018 to March 2019. Prior freelance work as a UI/UX Designer for the Rtist designer platform involved collaboration with founders on platform development and design. Shien's career began at XiMnet Malaysia Sdn Bhd, where a long tenure as a Digital Designer spanned nearly a decade from November 2008 to March 2017. Shien holds a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia majoring in Media Innovation, Creative Multimedia from Multimedia University.
