Chris Penkoks is an experienced program and project manager with a career spanning over two decades in the telecommunications and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Airband Community Internet since May 2020, Chris has held multiple managerial positions, including Operations Manager at BARDEN NETWORK ENGINEERING LIMITED and BDUK Exchange Delivery Manager at Carillion. Prior to this, Chris gained extensive project management experience at Openreach and held various roles from Field Manager to Domain Administrator. Chris began their career as a Field Engineer at BT while also developing skills in retail management as a Duty Manager at Somerfield. With a strong educational foundation, including A Levels in English Language and Literature, Physics, and French from Worcester Sixth Form College, Chris is presently seeking new opportunities after a brief absence for family reasons.
