Our Organization
Located within Airbnb’s BizTech Org, the airQA team is a team of ~100, spread across the globe in the USA, Canada, Ireland, India, China and more. Through professional Software Quality Assurance expertise, we ensure the quality of things built within the Airbnb tech stack and have supported nearly every one of Airbnb’s business teams. We enjoy partnering with business stakeholders in order to deliver the best experience to our end users.
We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer, Data to join the Airbnb QA team. You will lead the development of analytical reporting and insights to amplify the reach and performance of the airQA team.

The starting base pay for this role is between $150,000 and $190,500. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: education, experience, and skills. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

These two offerings became especially prevalent during the COVID-19 pandemic as well as other natural disasters that occurred around the world where housing options quickly became scarce. Today, Airbnb's headquarters are in San Francisco where the simple idea started. They have additional offices in LA, NYC, Berlin, and Paris with plans to expand in Atlanta. They will continue to widen their global footprint to accommodate guests around the world.
