Ángel José Molinero Peña has extensive work experience in the field of secure land communications. Ángel José started their career in 1986 as a Technical Coordinator for PMR solutions at SITRE, where they provided technical solutions for security forces using Bosch product line. In 1988, they joined AEG Radiocomunicaciones as an Engineer, focusing on the development of fixed, mobile, and portable communication equipment for PMR. With Matra Radiocomunicaciones, starting in 1998, they served as an Account Manager, responsible for managing accounts with security forces and implementing PMR communication systems. In 2003, Molinero Peña joined Cassidian as a Project Manager and later took on the role of Field Operations Manager, overseeing technical teams in the execution, implementation, and support of projects using PMR, Tunking, Tetra, Tetrapol, and LTE technologies. From 1988 until now, they have been the Head of Field Operations in Airbus Secure Land Communications Spain. Overall, Molinero Peña has a diverse range of experience in the field of secure land communications and has held various managerial and technical roles throughout their career.
Ángel José Molinero Peña completed their education between 1987 and 1992 at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, earning a degree in Ingeniero Técnico de Telecomunicación in the field of Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones. In 2013, they pursued further education in project management and obtained a PMP certification from Amontis.
