Emily Dimond

Emily Dimond is currently a Contracts Analyst at Airbus US Space & Defense, Inc., a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Emily served as a Support Operations Coordinator and Fellow at Pallas Advisors from September 2022 to June 2025. Emily also completed an Associate Intern position at the University of Maryland School of Public Policy, focusing on inclusive democracy initiatives within the Civic Innovation Center from September 2021 to July 2022. Earlier experiences include an internship with Montgomery County Alcohol Beverage Services and a Congressional internship with Congressman Joe Crowley in 2018. Emily holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Maryland, completed in December 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy with a minor in Nonprofit Leadership & Social Innovation from the same institution, earned in December 2022. Emily's educational background also includes a high school diploma from the Academy of the Holy Cross, obtained in May 2019.
