Ashwini Gillen

Ashwini Gillen is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Sales at Airbyte since January 2025, Ashwini previously held key positions such as Head of Sales for the West region at Neo4j and Head of North America Sales at Watershed. From 2017 to 2022, Ashwini was with Twilio, achieving several Sales Club awards and receiving the Key Contributor Award. Prior experience includes roles at Akamai Technologies and IBM, where Ashwini was responsible for customer satisfaction and sales leadership across various platforms.
