Kanika is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Group. Her practice focuses on transactions and matters involving real property security and other real estate elements. She is skilled at negotiating and drafting commercial contacts and regularly advises clients on transactional matters. Kanika also works with lenders and borrowers on financing transactions, including project and acquisition financing and secured lending.
