Benjamin Lambotte has a strong background in information technology and hospitality management, with a focus on systems and technology planning, decision-making, implementation, and maintenance. Benjamin has worked in various roles with Marriott International, starting in 2004 as a Night Manager before transitioning to the role of Cluster Systems Manager. In 2008, Benjamin became a Multi Property Systems Manager, where they provided advanced technology knowledge and support to property management. Benjamin'sresponsibilities expanded in 2016 when they joined JW Marriott as the Director of Systems, overseeing revenue-generating functions and technology services for guests. Benjamin then joined Oetker Collection in 2018 as the Regional Head of IT for the South of France. In 2019, they also took on the role of Head of Engineering at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. Benjamin's most recent position is as the Head of Information Technology at Airelles, starting in 2023.

Benjamin Lambotte obtained their Post Master degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. Benjamin completed this education from 2002 to 2003.
