Paul Sweeney

Paul Sweeney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations support, technology, and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Support and Technology at Airgas since December 2019, Paul previously worked as a Senior Operations Consultant for an independent firm from January 2018 to December 2019. Paul’s career includes significant roles at Honeywell Process Solutions, where responsibilities spanned from MES Operations Manager for North America to Senior Consultant - Client Partner. Additionally, Paul held the position of Operations Center Director at Linde Gas and contributed to research and development at The Linde Group. Paul holds a degree from Clarkson University, earned between 1983 and 1992, and is driven by a passion for addressing complex challenges through innovative solutions that merge technology and organizational change for sustainable long-term value.
