Karol Konop is a Senior IT Project Manager at AirHelp since March 2016, where responsibilities include ensuring departmental and organizational goals are met through ongoing development and preparing the platform for market changes. In previous roles at AirHelp, Karol served as Implementation Team Manager and Implementation Manager, overseeing software implementations and contributing to project planning and execution. Additionally, Karol is the Head of IT at EnterRoom, managing technical infrastructure and driving product development, while also working as a Full Stack Developer. Earlier experience includes front-end development at F44 and technical roles at ARTRON and AtomService. Karol holds a degree in Computer Science from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, earned between 2012 and 2016.
