Maksim Karganov is an experienced software engineer and developer with expertise in Ruby on Rails and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at AirHelp since April 2019, Maksim previously worked at Travactory N.V. as a Ruby on Rails Developer and Scrum Master since July 2014, focusing on the development of travel applications using various technologies including MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Docker, Angular, and React. Prior roles include Ruby on Rails Developer and QA Engineer at Svitla Systems, Inc., and Technical Support Expert at Advanced International Translations. Maksim holds a Master's degree in Radio Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' and a diploma in Financial Markets Analysis from the International Academy of Exchange Trading “Forex Club.”
