Patrick Eilers is an accomplished executive with significant experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Executive Chairman of AirJoule since March 2024 and the Founder and Managing Partner of Transition Equity Partners since June 2020, Patrick has a strong background in acquisition and infrastructure as demonstrated by their previous role as Chief Executive Officer of Power & Digital Infrastructure Acquisition Corp. from February 2021 to March 2024 and Chairman of DARI Motion from January 2015 to March 2024. Furthermore, Patrick held the position of Managing Director at BlackRock from March 2016 to October 2019. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
