Frank Oley has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Director of Airline Operations at Airlines for America since September 2011. Prior to this role, Frank Oley held the position of Manager of Tower Operations at USAirways from October 1999 to October 2011 and served as Customer Service Manager at Allegheny Airlines, now known as USAirways Express, from July 1988 to October 1999. Frank Oley completed education at Bishop Hoban High School from 1975 to 1979.
