Vasily Yablokov is a highly experienced individual who currently works as a Product Lead at AIRMO. Prior to this role, Vasily served as the Climate&Energy head at Greenpeace for a decade, where Vasily led global campaigns for an energy transition and advocated for stronger carbon regulations. Vasily also worked as a Climate project manager and head of investigation, focusing on environmental crimes and climate actions. With a background in research and geosciences, Vasily has contributed significantly to the field of renewable energy integration and environmental monitoring.

AIRMO
AIRMO is working on the intersection of climate tech and space, developing a novel solution for emissions measurement. Our goal is to set a standard for continuous, global and near-real time greenhouse gas emissions measurement using small satellite constellation and novel LiDAR technology. We have developed a micro-LiDAR solution to complement spectrometer-based measurements to significantly improve the accuracy and sensitivity of CO2 and CH4 measurements and are currently working on the product development. We are a VC and European Space Agency backed startup with the goal to become the global leader in emissions monitoring.
