Nitin Gera is currently the Chief Operating Officer at AiRo Digital Labs, where Nitin oversees operations covering Delivery, Pre-sales, Innovation Lab, and Recruitment. With a strong background in leading delivery teams and managing client relationships, Nitin has held various leadership roles in companies such as Orane Consulting Private Limited, Comtech LLC, Mercer, Birlasoft India, and Mindtree. Nitin has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and an Electrical Engineer's degree from Delhi College of Engineering. Throughout their career, Nitin has demonstrated a strong ability to drive cost savings, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver value to clients across different industries.
