Anja then joined AirPlus International and held multiple roles, including Service Support Professional - User Support Center from August 1996 to September 2007, Associate Director User Support Center from October 2007 to September 2012, Director Operations Support & Services from October 2012 to December 2018, Leading Expert IT Qualifications & Talent Management from January 2019 to August 2021, and currently holds the position of Director IT Steering & Governance since August 2021.
