In addition to their academic achievements, Ioana has obtained several certifications. Ioana successfully completed the Co-Active Fundamentals program at the Co-Active Training Institute in November 2021. Ioana also holds certifications in Professional Scrum, including Professional Scrum Master II, obtained in August 2021; Professional Scrum Product Owner I, obtained in January 2021; and Professional Scrum Master I, obtained in August 2019.
