Charles Otte

Charles Otte is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in data processing and software development. Currently at AirSage since September 2022, Charles applies expertise in technologies such as Apache Spark, Apache Hadoop, and Apache Accumulo to transform vast amounts of location data into actionable insights. Previously, Charles held senior engineering roles at Revenue Analytics, Inc. and AirSage, where significant contributions included designing a spatio-temporal index for Apache Accumulo. Before that, at Cartera Commerce, Inc., Charles developed data management applications using Django and automated tasks with Python. Charles has a solid educational background from Georgia State University and a diverse technical skill set, including MS SQL Server and Oracle databases.
