Alison Porter

Alison Porter, PMP, CSM, is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in professional services and partner integrations, currently serving as a Staff Program Manager at Airship since September 2018. Alison has successfully transitioned teams to focus on collaboration with external vendors and has led various initiatives to enhance customer solutions. Prior roles include Traffic & Resource Manager at Splash Worldwide, Project Manager at roboboogie and AHA Agency, and COO/CFO at Copter Labs, where management of finances and project oversight were key responsibilities. Alison began a career at Advantis Credit Union, progressively advancing from Teller to RS&S Support Specialist. A graduate of Portland Community College, Alison has developed a diverse skill set, encompassing project planning, resource management, and process improvements throughout various sectors.
