Aaron Adelsberger

Aaron Adelsberger, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Human Resources and Development at Airstream since April 2019, with previous roles including Human Resources Training Development Manager and Product Marketing Manager within the same organization. In addition to this role, Aaron holds positions as a Board Member for Workforce Partnership of Shelby County since March 2024 and for Camp Union since January 2016, a non-profit organization focused on youth and family services. Prior experience includes serving as Territory Manager at Isaiah Industries, overseeing a network of dealers and training programs, and as Director of Residential Operations at Adriel School Inc., managing a 63-bed treatment residential campus. Aaron also has experience in the music industry as a Manager for touring artist Bethany Dillon from March 2005 to February 2010. Aaron completed education at Wright State University and holds an Honors Diploma from Benjamin Logan High School.
