Crystal Lee

Crystal Lee is a software engineer currently working at Airtable since February 2025, focusing as a fullstack engineer on the AI Builders team. Previously, Crystal contributed as a fullstack engineer at Mighty from March 2022 to January 2025, where involvement included building an AI personal injury claim helper application and overseeing critical features such as workflow routing and user document parsing. Crystal's early career includes a summer associate position at Winston & Strawn LLP and roles as a research assistant at Johns Hopkins University and legal intern at the ACLU. Crystal holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School and is pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology, complemented by a double Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Sociology from The Johns Hopkins University.
