Micheal B.

Micheal B. is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Head of Infrastructure at Airtable since April 2024, where responsible for Infrastructure Engineering, including InfraSec, across various areas such as Serving & Traffic Infra and Data Infrastructure. Prior to this role, Micheal was the Head of Developer Platform & Infrastructure at Databricks, leading a team of over 55 in enhancing the Developer Platform. At Pinterest, from January 2017 to April 2022, Micheal held dual roles, first as Head of Engineering Productivity, expanding the developer platform team significantly, and later as a Staff Software Engineer focused on Infrastructure Governance. Earlier experience includes a Senior Software Engineer position at Twitter, where Micheal developed platforms to improve service reliability. Micheal co-founded Teamdotly, working on web-based presentation solutions, and holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo.
