Previously, Neil held various managerial roles within the Royal Air Force, including Airfield Operations Logistics Support Manager and Air Movements Manager, managing logistics and personnel for military air transport. Additional experience includes a role as Store Operations Manager at Aldi UK & Ireland, where responsibilities encompassed inventory and profit management. Neil's education includes a Postgraduate Degree in Air Safety Management from City, University of London, and a Bachelor's Degree in Music from The University of Huddersfield.
