Pete Chesters

Pete Chesters is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in aircraft maintenance. Currently serving as a B1 Licensed Engineer at AirTanker, Pete has excelled in line maintenance at the main operating base and overseas line stations since June 2013. Previously, at BAE Systems, Pete worked as an Aircraft Mechanic focused on the Typhoon Maintenance Unit, where responsibilities included testing aircraft systems and fault diagnosis. Pete's career began in the Royal Air Force, where as an Aircraft Mechanic, operations involved line servicing the VC10 aircraft. Pete holds a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Aeronautical Engineering from The Defence College of Aeronautical Engineering, completed A license Modules from the Airtanker Academy, and achieved a B1.1 Aircraft Maintenance License from Resource Group LRTT.
