In 2018, Xavier joined Airtificial Intelligent Robots as the Global Automation & Installation Manager. In this role, they provided strategic leadership and successfully executed automation and installation projects on a global scale.
Most recently, Xavier joined AIRTIFICIAL as the Technology Director. Xavier has taken on the responsibility of defining information technology and digitalization policies, driving cross-functional partnerships, and leading projects to support strategic goals and improve technology solutions.
Throughout their career, Xavier has gained extensive experience in system and information technologies management, project coordination, programming, and automation engineering. Their expertise spans various industries, including automotive and robotics.
Xavier Castell Castells completed their Bachelor of Science Engineering in Telecommunications from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 1996 to 2002. In 2023, they attended the IESE Business School for the PDD - Program for Management Development, focusing on Management.
