Jack Ibrahim

Jack Ibrahim has over two decades of experience in service delivery management across various technology-focused organizations. Currently, Jack serves as Service Delivery Director at AirTrunk since June 2020, after holding the position of Service Delivery Manager. Prior experiences include Service Delivery Manager roles at ASG Group, Telstra, and Datacom, as well as significant experience at IBM Australia as a Service Delivery Manager and IT Specialist. Jack holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Business Information Systems from RMIT University, earned between 1996 and 1999.
