Gagan Poovaiah

Gagan Poovaiah is a QA Automation Engineer at Aisera since March 2022, previously holding positions at ServiceNow from April 2016 to March 2022 as a Software Development Engineer and at ITapp as a Software QA Engineer from October 2015 to April 2016. At ServiceNow, Gagan contributed to the Virtual Agent by writing integration tests and enhancing capabilities with MS Teams while managing quality deliverables for cloud management platforms across AWS, Azure, and VMware.
